Our Story.

They were destined to meet! Becca had recently moved to Hampton and Brittany had just moved back to her hometown after living in France. They met at a neighborhood gathering and hit it off right away. While chatting they realized how much they had in common…including the fact that they were both yoga teachers, had a passion for healthy cooking and baking and both were in the early stages of opening a cafe in Hampton! The rest was history…

Balance is a word we use a lot in our kitchen; from creating healthy recipes that are made from better, whole ingredients to our all inclusive menu that incorporates gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. 

We wanted to create a cafe that was an expansion of our own kitchen from our nutrient dense smoothies, our healthier snacks to our nourishing lunches. Neither of us are strictly vegetarian but really enjoy the benefits that plant based meals have to offer. For those reasons we make everything in house from our latte syrups, salad dressings, to our baking & lunches. 

Our baked goods use less sugar and better ingredients. We use low sweeteners such as organic cane sugar, maple syrup and bananas; healthier oils such as avocado oil, coconut oil and butter. We also make our own gluten free flour blend AND all of our recipes were created by us! Everything in moderation; we all deserve some sweetness in our lives!

We also use other more conscious ingredients like organic berries in our smoothies, sprouted organic bread, plant based milks, natural nut butters, raw nuts & seeds, and free run eggs. 
And no cafe would be complete without Coffee!! Our coffee is roasted right here in Hampton using organic fair trade beans. 

We hope to send each customer away with a nourished belly, connection, and fuel for their day!
